The Benefits of a Personal Trainer

In a study by the International Health and Fitness Association it was found that 75% of people who exercise are not reaching their goals.  However, of the 25% that are getting the results they want, 90% are working with a personal trainer.

The main benefit of having a personal trainer is that you will not be training on your own. Even if you only see me once a week, I am always contactable either by email or telephone, and I will send you regular reminders of what training you should be doing on the days that I am not with you.

Other benefits:

  • We will constantly review your goals together and adjust your programme accordingly.
  • I will make sure that your programme is varied, so there will be no chance of you getting bored.
  • I will never ask you to do something that you really don't want to do.
  • You don't need to travel, as I will come to you - either to your home or where you work.
  • Training with a personal trainer is far safer than exercising on your own.

Individual personal training sessions - £35 per hour.

Twelve week standard package - £420.  One session per week, with regular email updates for your other weekly training sessions. Includes free nutritional advice.   Discount price of £380 if you pay in one lump sum.

Twelve week intensive package - £780.  Two sessions per week, with email updates for other weekly training sessions. Includes free nutritional advice.  This package is strongly recommended if you are new to exercise or have very specific goals.  Discount price of £720 if you pay in one lump sum.
